1987 cherokee

4x4

automatic

4 door

mint interior

decent exterior

2k dollars

sorry for the bad pic but i just drove in from port lavaca. the owner was an old rancher and he would not lower the price one bit but it is worth it. runs great, new tires, ac only needs a can once a year because of a slow leak. stupid roof rack rust though, tiny spots that will need addressing since i can walk to the water from my house.

what I have is a custom made A to Z Fabrication bumper for a TJ (I think it may also fit a YJ but not sure) and a Toys by Troy winch plate . I had the bumper made to the width of a stock TJ bumper less the plastic milk jugs (50"). It has a 2" reciever (great for racks, deer feeders, or what ever custom things you can think of) and D ring shackle mounts as well as a hoop to help protect your steering gear box. The winch, lights and shackles do not go, just the bumper and winch plate. ...

So far what will be there for sure is me of coarse, an 09 Dodge Ram TRX4, an 06 Silverado Z71, an 06 Dodge Ram 2500d, an a newly acquired 07 Jeep ...

One more registered user... and yes wheeling in CC is non-existent. There's one little chunk of federal land (long story involving federal grants for dredging the CC ship channel decades ago, but turns out it is legal) over near Port Aransas on the mainland side that you can wheel, but there isn't a whole lot to do out there, though it might be fun to try in something stock.
